Orders are shipped at customers' own risk.  We do not offer returns or refunds.

If your replacement is accepted, we will discuss with you the options available. 

 

Items sent back to us without us first agreeing to a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
